Cuisine: Tropical

Ingredients

Juice Blend
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice from about 1/3 medium pineapple
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach juice from about 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango juice from 1 large mango
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice from 1–2 limes

Method

  1. Juice in this order: spinach, pineapple, mango, lime.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Serve right away. No one likes warm juice.

Notes

If your juicer has speed settings, go slower for the greens and lime for best results.
Chill your produce before juicing—cold juice tastes fresher.
Want a thinner texture? Add a splash of cold water or coconut water.
No juicer? Use a high-speed blender and strain through a nut milk bag.
Can refrigerate for up to 24 hours, but best within 30 minutes.
Swap mango with orange or apple for a different twist.
