  • 4 cl Liqueur de sureau Marie Brizard or St Germain
  • 6 cl Eau gazeuse
  • 1 handful Menthe fraîche fresh mint leaves
  • 3 pieces Ice cubes

Method

  1. In a balloon wine glass, pour the elderflower liqueur (Marie Brizard or St Germain).
  2. Add fresh mint leaves and gently crush them using a cocktail muddler.
  3. Pour in the Prosecco Perlino Extra-Dry.
  4. Top up with sparkling water.
  5. Add ice cubes to chill the cocktail thoroughly.
  6. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a dry Prosecco for the perfect balance of sweetness and fizz. If you don't have elderflower liqueur, you can use a mix of simple syrup and elderflower essence as a substitute.
