Method
- In a balloon wine glass, pour the elderflower liqueur (Marie Brizard or St Germain).
- Add fresh mint leaves and gently crush them using a cocktail muddler.
- Pour in the Prosecco Perlino Extra-Dry.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes to chill the cocktail thoroughly.
- Stir gently with a cocktail spoon and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a dry Prosecco for the perfect balance of sweetness and fizz. If you don't have elderflower liqueur, you can use a mix of simple syrup and elderflower essence as a substitute.
