Method
- Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally for even thickness. Pat dry.
- Mix all spices, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Drizzle oil on chicken. Toss with seasoning mix until coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place chicken in a single layer. Cook 5 minutes, flip, then 4–6 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Try using smoked paprika for added depth. Serve with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
